We are both Landlords ourselves and passionate about property so completely understand the needs of both the tenant and landlord, seller and buyer. We are not your typical lettings or estate agents and offer a new fresh dynamic approach in the service we offer. Karen has been in the property industry as a landlord for many years as well as holding senior positions in blue chip companies. As she was unable to find a letting agent who could provide a decent service to her as a landlord she decided to do it herself and had many landlords asking her to do the same for them as they were also experiencing the same issues. This is why customer service is at the heart of CF6 Lettings for both our landlords and tenants. CF6 like the personal touch but with all the advantages of the most up to date technology at their fingertips, which is why they are able to provide the very best care of your property and tenants in the industry.
Richard began his career in Estate Agency over 30 years ago and has gone onto hold a number of senior positions in Sales in that time and is well versed in assisting clients and customers alike in achieving their property goals. Richards heads up the sales department and will always be on hand to see your sale through from the beginning to the very end.
